Shipping & pickup
Shipping within Switzerland is included in the price, no matter how many items. We ship by A-Mail, usually within 3–5 working days; in calendar season (November, December) it can take a few days longer. Pickup in Zurich by arrangement: spenden@inaya-soli.ch. We currently do not ship abroad.
Returns
We are an association, not a mail-order company. If something arrived damaged or wrong, write to us within 14 days at spenden@inaya-soli.ch, and we will find a solution: replacement or refund. Exchanges without a reason are not offered for soli products; tickets cannot be exchanged.
Payment
You pay with TWINT, credit or debit card or PostFinance via zahls.ch, a Swiss payment service. We never see your card details. Prices in Swiss francs. Verein Inaya Zürich is not subject to VAT, so we do not show any VAT.
Where the money goes
All income goes to refugee women and queer people. We support where state structures fail: rent, public transport tickets, health costs, legal advice. More under Why INAYA.
