General terms and conditions
1. Scope and obligation to comply with the terms of use
The website inaya-soli.ch is provided by Verein INAYA Zürich («operator»). These terms of use apply to all persons who use the platform in any way («users»). This applies regardless of whether the platform is accessed from Switzerland or abroad. By accessing and using the platform, users expressly declare their agreement to these terms of use and the privacy policies of INAYA Zurich. By using the website, users undertake to comply with these terms of use.
2. Scope of use
The use of inaya-soli.ch is intended for personal use. Commercial use is generally prohibited. All rights, in particular copyright and other intellectual property rights, belong to the operator.
3. Changes to and discontinuation of the platform’s offers
Users have no claim whatsoever to the provision of services by the platform. INAYA Zurich reserves the right to change or completely discontinue the offers and URLs of the platform at any time, at its own discretion and without giving reasons. INAYA Zurich is entitled to transfer the provision of all services to third parties at any time, in whole or in part.
4. Liability of INAYA Zurich
4.1 Disclaimer. INAYA Zurich strives to ensure that the content on inaya-soli.ch and on the social media platforms run by INAYA Zurich is correct at the time of publication. Despite careful checking and great effort, INAYA Zurich cannot guarantee that the published content is always current, correct and complete. No assurances are therefore given regarding the completeness, correctness and reliability of the content, nor can warranty claims be asserted on that basis.
INAYA Zurich is liable only for direct damage caused by the association through gross negligence or intent and lying within its area of responsibility. Under no circumstances is INAYA Zurich liable for consequential damage, lost profit, faulty transmission or loss of data. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Furthermore, INAYA Zurich gives no warranty for the functioning of the offers and services, the uninterrupted availability of the websites at all times, or the complete and correct reproduction of the content. This applies in particular to content and comments generated by users.
4.2 Liability for links. The website contains links to third-party websites. The fact that INAYA Zurich links to websites or content neither means that INAYA Zurich agrees with that content, nor does it indicate authorisation or our affiliation with that third party, and it does not constitute agreement with their data protection or data security policies. All responsibility for third-party websites is declined. Access to and use of such websites is at the users’ own risk.
5. Copyright
The copyright and all other rights to content, images, photos, videos or other files on the website belong exclusively to INAYA Zurich or the specifically named rights holders. The written consent of INAYA Zurich must be obtained in advance for the reproduction of any elements, as well as for public performances of the content.
6. Data protection
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection provisions (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and to protection against misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data is treated strictly confidentially and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. 7. Final provisions
7.1 Changes to the terms of use. INAYA Zurich reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. The changes are deemed approved if users continue to use the platform’s offers one month after the new terms of use come into force.
7.2 Severability clause. Should individual provisions of this user agreement or the privacy policies be invalid or incomplete, or should performance become impossible, the validity of the remaining parts is not affected.
