Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection provisions (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and to protection against misuse of their personal data. INAYA Zurich takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy statement.
Together with our hosting provider, we make every effort to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or falsification. Please note that data transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
This website can be visited without registration. When you access it, the following is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information about operating system and browser. This usage data is only used for statistical, anonymous evaluations. If personal data (such as name, address or e-mail address) is collected, this happens voluntarily, for a specific purpose and without passing it on to third parties without your express consent.
What we need for an order
Name, delivery address and e-mail address. Without these we cannot ship anything or reach you. We use your data only for the order and for questions about it, not for advertising. There is no newsletter.
Who receives data
zahls.ch (Payrexx AG, Switzerland) for payment: you enter card or TWINT details there, we never see them. Swiss Post for shipping (name and address). The print shop, if you order a shirt or bag that is printed for you (name and address). Our host cyon (Basel), on whose servers the website and shop run. Nobody else.
How long we keep data
Order data for ten years, because the association’s bookkeeping requires it. There is no customer account: you always order without signing in, and we only store what belongs to the order.
Cookies
The shop sets technically necessary cookies (cart, language). Everything else is asked for by the cookie notice first; you can decline. Fonts and images load from our own server, not from Google.
Copyright
The copyright and all other rights to the content, images, photos or other files on the website belong exclusively to Verein INAYA Zürich or the named rights holders. The written consent of the copyright holders must be obtained in advance for the reproduction of any files.
Disclaimer
All information on our website has been carefully checked. We make every effort to ensure that the information provided is current, correct and complete. Nevertheless, errors cannot be completely ruled out, so we cannot guarantee the completeness, correctness and currency of the information. Liability claims relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded as a matter of principle.
We may change or delete texts at our own discretion and without prior notice. We accept no responsibility for the content and availability of third-party websites that can be reached via external links; their operators alone are responsible for them.
